Firebrand Music is a booking agency which was formed by Vicky Whitlock and Amanda Howland in 2010 to work on solo tours for Phil Beer. In 2012 Firebrand worked with Steve Knightley on his incredibly popular ‘Grow Your Own Gig’ Tour which had so many new venues and promoters it filled two years touring! Firebrand are proud to be working with some of those ‘rookie’ promoters now.
In 2014 they took over management of Show of Hands and over the last ten years have helped produce several albums and booked over 20 major UK tours including spectacular venues such as the Cutty Sark, The Minack Theatre and the Royal Albert Hall, as well as running the annual Abbotsbury Festival
Over the last 10 years Firebrand have represented Miranda Sykes, Banter, Mawkin, Edgelarks, Phil Beer Band, Phillip Henry and Track Dogs. However COVID impacted massively on the business, which had to be scaled back. As such Firebrand focussed primarily on bringing Show of Hands through the post COVID years whilst continuing as agents for Phil Beer, Steve Knightley and Track Dogs.
Following the retirement of Show of Hands Firebrand are focussing on solo artist Phil Beer, and the inimitable band Track Dogs who are a rising star in the Americana / Bluegrass and Folk scene.
